Career
Louis Litt chairs the firm's eDiscovery Litigation and Data Management practice. He joined Holdsworth & Inkwell as a partner in 2014 after fifteen years at a New York litigation firm and its successor firms.
eDiscovery Practice
His practice focuses on commercial litigation matters where electronic evidence is central or contested. He advises clients on technology-assisted review disputes, privilege review at scale, cross-border data discovery (particularly EU GDPR conflicts), discovery sanctions defense, and forensic analysis challenges.
