Career
Jessica Pearson became Office Managing Partner of the Atlanta office at its 2008 opening, having relocated from a premier corporate defense firm in New York where she had spent fourteen years. She built the Atlanta office from two attorneys to its current size and now co-chairs the firm's False Claims Act practice with Marcus Cicero.
False Claims Act Practice
Her FCA practice focuses on qui tam representation, with particular depth in healthcare fraud matters arising from the Eleventh Circuit. She has represented relators in five matters that returned over $20 million in recoveries each. Her pre-litigation work includes advising potential relators on disclosure timing, evidence preservation, and the strategic decisions that shape whether the government intervenes.

She serves on the board of directors of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) and as a member of the Eleventh Circuit Pattern Jury Instructions Committee.
