Patty Hewes, Chair of the Wildfire Litigation Practice at Holdsworth & Inkwell, has been named to the 2025 edition of The Top Lawyers in America® for Wildfire Litigation. The Top Lawyers selection process is based on extensive peer review by attorneys practicing in the same legal categories and geographic markets.
Hewes leads the firm's wildfire defense practice across the Western United States, with recent matter work in California utility wildfire subrogation, the Colorado Marshall Fire defense, Arizona Mogollon Rim multi-county litigation, the New Mexico Hermit's Peak/Calf Canyon Fire Assistance Act recovery work, and Washington utility wildfire subrogation. She also co-edits the firm's Wildfire Litigation Updates publication with Howard Hamlin.
