Holdsworth & Inkwell is pleased to announce that Annalise Keating has joined the firm as Of Counsel, based in the Denver office. Keating brings substantial defense practice experience in commercial litigation and false claims act enforcement, with a multi-state docket spanning New York, Oregon, Utah, and Louisiana.
Keating's recent matter work includes anti-SLAPP defense under New York's 2020 anti-SLAPP framework, FCA dismissal practice under Oregon's 2013 framework (ORS 180.750 et seq.), pre-suit resolution before the Utah Office of Inspector General of Medicaid Services, and delictual liability defense under Louisiana's civilian framework. She also brings developed editorial experience as a contributor to firm publications and analytical resources.
Keating will work across the firm's commercial litigation and false claims act practices, with particular focus on the firm's multi-state defense docket. Her experience with both broad state FCA frameworks and Medicaid-only state FCAs makes her addition particularly relevant to the firm's continued FCA practice growth across federal and state systems.
